Quality and process reliability
The assembly is carried out in clearly structured and monitored processes, ensuring consistently high quality. Each assembly and machine undergoes comprehensive testing to ensure functionality and compliance with the required tolerances.
Spindle construction - spindles optimized to your requirements
Around 300 spindles are assembled each year in the spindle construction department. These are assemblies with high precision requirements, which are manufactured both for new items and for repair orders, such as new bearings. The manufacturing processes follow strictly defined quality standards to ensure the high functional reliability and durability of the spindles.
Turret production
Turret construction includes the production of turrets, which play a central role in increasing the flexibility and efficiency of machining processes. The range of models produced covers the requirements of a wide variety of machine types. This area is supported by an experienced team that specializes in the integration of complex mechanical engineering. Pre-assembly takes place in a state-of-the-art production environment that enables precision machining and assembly of all individual parts. Advanced measuring techniques and NC programs are used to comply with the tolerances required by and to ensure the repeatability of the components.
Flexibility in implementation
We assemble both individual items and series products and are able to respond to changes or adjustments at short notice. Through flexible production planning and close coordination with our customers, we ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Commissioning and documentation
On request, we can also carry out commissioning of the assembled machines and assemblies on site at the customer's premises. We also create complete documentation that records all assembly and testing processes in a comprehensible manner.
