Our production covers the entire process chain: from creating the molds to computer-controlled casting and machining. The polymer concrete used impresses with its excellent vibration damping effects, high thermal stability and low manufacturing tolerances. These properties make it an ideal basis for precision and durable machine components.
Customized solutions
We offer the production of individual base bodies according to customer specifications, including the integration of guideways, piping and fixing points. This enables optimum adaptation to the respective requirements of the end products. On request, we can also design the required casting molds. Final work such as the coloring of the casting, including finishing, or the paint structure according to customer requirements are also carried out directly in the foundry.
Capacities and quality assurance
With a high-performance casting system and temperature-controlled production halls, we ensure consistently high product quality. After casting, each base body undergoes an annealing process to further improve the material properties. This is followed by precision finishing, supported by state-of-the-art measuring technology.
