EMAG Production offers high-quality contract manufacture for the mechanical engineering and industrial sector – also outside of the EMAG Group.
As a manufacturing service provider of the EMAG Group, EMAG Production has two highly specialized locations: Zerbst (Saxony-Anhalt) and Heubach (Baden-Wuerttemberg). Together, these plants cover all areas of industrial production, from CNC machining and sheet metal processing to the assembly of complex components. Precision in mechanical manufacturing and assembly

The Zerbst site is characterized by its comprehensive manufacturing capabilities in mechanical engineering, sheet metal production, polymer concrete production and assembly. With state-of-the-art machinery and a specialized team, we offer manufacturing solutions for a wide range of industries. Special emphasis is placed on the production of large-format parts, high-precision components and sophisticated assemblies. A central component is the in-house polymer concrete foundry, which enables the production of vibration-damping machine bases and components. In conjunction with quality assurance and the modern measuring room, even the highest quality requirements are met.

The Heubach site specializes in the production of smaller, precision components and the assembly of complex assemblies. The focus here is on the flexible implementation of customer requirements - from the production of individual parts to small series. With a large number of state-of-the-art machining centers, lathes and 5-axis milling machines, we offer a wide range of manufacturing technologies that ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
